Marshmallow Popcorn
This three-ingredient popcorn is a staple at our house. The recipe is one a friend gave me years ago in college and my mom has since adopted as one of her signature late night treats for the family. I'm sure your family will love it as much as we do. Enjoy!
Marshmallow Popcorn
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
10 (or more) marshmallows
Cook the butter and brown sugar for one minute in a saucepan over medium heat. Add marshmallows and cook for an additional minute. Stir constantly until smooth. Pour over popcorn approximately 12 cups of air popped popcorn and enjoy!
