Whole30 Dinner Recipes
So you decided to try Whole30. You've committed to 30 days with no grains, no dairy, no legumes, and no sugar. I commend you already - committing to the program is one of the hardest parts!
But now you think: "If I can't fill up on rice, pasta, and bread, what do I eat for dinner?" It's possible - I promise.
I've done the Whole30 program twice now, and am here to share some of my go-to favorite dinner recipes. You won't even miss the rice, beans, or sugar in these dishes - they're THAT good!
One tip that helps me survive Whole30 is to be creative with my dinners. I love finding (or creating) new recipes that combine different flavors and textures. They usually involve a good serving of meat, and LOTS of veggies. Having a well-rounded, delicious dinner planned for the night gets me through the day (especially when my coworkers are chowing down on doughnuts and ice cream...).
To ensure you are successful, be sure to read about the Whole30 program on the website, and keep The Official "Can I Have..." Guide handy. It's a quick reference when you wonder if chia seeds are compliant (they are by the way).
I've included a few pics of the recipes below, but be sure to click HERE to download all of the recipes.

Whole30 is probably one of the hardest things I've done, but also one of the most rewarding. I have more energy, I sleep better at night, I have the self-control to say no to sweets at the office, and the weight loss isn't a bad benefit either.
Even if you aren't planning on doing the Whole30 program, these are great healthy options to throw into your dinner rotation. And as always, be sure to tag @elephantandchick in all your pictures so we can see the yummy things you make!
